The inside cover of the book actually looks like it was released this Christmas, (something about 12 25 2009, I don't know any Japanese characters) - so I'm going to guess that Pinball, 1973 should shortly be as easy to get a hold of on eBay as the Kodansha Hear the Wind Sing is. Right now it's auctions that are starting for $30 which is a little steep, but HTWS can be had for like less than $20 shipped right now.
